The Old Barn Esholt is a beautiful location for wedding photographs. Set in stunning Yorkshire countryside, just around the corner from where the the original “Emmerdale Farm’ was filmed, the venue dates back to the 18th century when it was a working farm and is ideally located between Bradford and Leeds in West Yorkshire. The building retains much of its original character and has beautiful grounds to three sides, ideal for capturing stunning wedding photos. The ceremony room has a large open area with the original roof beams adding character and it accessed via a large gallery staircase which is beautifully decorated for your special day. Downstairs, there is ample room in the open plan bar which leads directly onto the gardens. Following your wedding, the ceremony room is transformed into the wedding breakfast area and then into the ‘party’ area with its built in dance-floor and modern sound system.
The Old Barn Esholt makes the ideal venue for natural and relaxed wedding photos and there is plenty of scope for those ‘wow’ shots close-by with access to local fields and a historic hump back bridge.
